How much does AC cleaning cost in Dubai?
Deep cleaning is AED 900 per indoor unit, and your first visit gets AED 200 off. One thermostat equals one indoor unit, so a first clean of a single unit comes to AED 700. The calculator on this page shows your exact price instantly. Other work, such as HVAC design, repairs and air-quality checks, is quoted after an on-site inspection.
How often should I clean my AC in Dubai?
Every 6 to 12 months. Dubai's fine dust loads systems far faster than most climates, so they clog sooner than the once-a-year most people assume.
Which AC types and brands do you service?
All of them. Concealed ducted units above the false ceiling, the standard setup in Dubai apartments and villas, plus wall splits, package units and full duct lines. Brand makes no difference: Daikin, York, Carrier, LG, O'General and the rest all come apart and get clean the same way.
How long does it take?
A typical home visit is 1 to 3 hours, depending on how many units you have.
Do I get proof of the work?
Yes. We send before-and-after photos of every unit within 24 hours, so you see exactly what changed.
Will a clean lower my cooling bills?
Usually. A clogged coil and fan make your AC work harder for the same cooling, so a proper clean often brings the unit back closer to its rated efficiency.
Are the products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use treatments made for occupied homes and let everything dry before we hand the unit back.

My regular cleaner wipes the AC. Isn't that enough?
A wipe cleans what you can see. The mould, biofilm and clogged coil live deeper, and you only reach them by taking the unit apart. And that's the part causing the smell and the higher bills.
